There are many sites and support groups out there.  Use your best judgment when gathering information.  The web has opened up so many opportunities for people suffering from eating disorders but it also opens us up to a world of misinformation.  And remember that the other members of online support groups and post it sections are not therapists.  They are a great source of support - just use your better judgment when taking advice.  If you feel you are in a crisis situation, get help from a professional.
