Payson
Road Ambassadors
Represent Payson Road by
bringing our mission to your community. The Ambassadors Program is a great
way to get involved and make a real difference it helps spread the word by
getting people into the community and working directly to educate people about
the seriousness of eating disorders. You also have the opportunity to
strut your creativity as you design your own program (in conjunction with Payson
Road).
Ambassadors Program:
Annual Membership Fee: $65
Participation Requirements: Must create and implement a communal
program that increases awareness and/or educates people about eating disorders,
and/or directly involves or aids people with eating disorders.

programs must be non-profit. Proceeds can only be applied toward overhead
of event or program and/or benefit The Payson Road Organization.
Ambassadors must complete the Payson Road Ambassadors Training Program which
simply involves learning more information about eating disorders and Payson
Road's programs.

Be Part of a Community that Cares
Everyone at Payson Road is motivated by a deep sense of responsibility to bringing
about large scale attention and change in the way society prevents, treats
and views eating disorders. We
take an active role in guiding people through recovery. We are committed
to it. We do not simply offer up statistics and resources. We
have an abundance of resources but we have something that nobody else
does. We have a creative soul. And we believe in recovery through
the creative process. We offer outlets for people to express their
creativity. And a place for them to share and seek support and
understanding. This is rare. Being part of the Payson Road community
is being part of a unique experience. We pride ourselves on doing it
with heart.

statistic.
We stay on the cutting edge constantly in search of new and progressive
treatments and keeping up with the latest research and information - we do our
homework so you don't have to.
We expand your mind and body through our Mind and
Body resource programs.

support. We support your creativity with the hopes that it will
guide you toward recovery. And if you don't have an eating disorder but
want to write, we don't discriminate,! You don't have to have an uncle in
the industry to get your article published. If you want exposure, you got

Payson Road is Cool!
....to put it bluntly. We are
compassionate and understanding of what it means to have an eating disorder
which is why so many people have joined our community and keep coming
back. The number of hits we receive are not growing this fast for
nothing. We've created a virtual online community. This is not a
one-purchase shopping place. We've been successful because people come
back. Payson Road is like a home. We started with nothing, no
funding, no professional affiliations. We are still a work in progress -
seeking funding. But the site and the organization have achieved tremendous growth in a very short period of time thanks to the
commitment, hard work and passion of our team.
We care to
understand. We are motivated by a deep sense of responsibility to bringing
about large scale attention and change in the way society prevents, treats
and views eating disorders. We do not simply offer up statistics and resources. We
have an abundance of resources but we have something that nobody else
does. We have a creative soul. And we believe in recovery through
the creative process. We offer outlets for people to express their
creativity. And a place for them to share and seek support and
understanding. This is rare. Being part of the Payson Road community
is being part of a unique experience. We pride ourselves on doing it
with heart.
