Guest Speaking

Payson Road Founder and President, Sarah Mason lectures across the country sharing her personal story about her 20+ year battle with Bulimia Nervosa. She has done workshops in the Massachusetts and California public and private school systems and universities in addition to speaking before Congressional briefings as an advocate for eating disorder awareness and policy.

Workshops

One of Sarah's programs in the Massachusetts public school system was a TV production workshop for students. Each student was involved in a production team, writer, editor, producer, director, director of photography. The projects were about their own experiences with eating disorders. It was extremely successful in helping many of these students recover.

Expanding on that idea, Sarah and colleague, Kerry Dodd Remsen, actress and kids acting coach, have introduced a series of creative workshops promoting healthy body image and self-esteem, Art Speaks for Kids, (ASK).
