Many states have statewide 800 numbers you can call.

Call 411 or dial 0 and ask for
- suicide prevention
- crisis intervention
- community crisis center
- county mental health center
The White or Yellow Pages of the phone book should have some of the above types of listings.

Call 911 and ask for help.
Tell them you are in suicidal danger.
