Information Collection and Use

Payson Road collects personally identifiable information when you join our membership program, when you volunteer for events or services, when you request or use certain Payson Road products and services, when you attend certain Payson Road events.
Payson Road may require the following information depending on the service or membership you are engaging - name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, personal experiences or history with eating disorders, whether or not you have been in therapy. The only information that is required: membership dues in which case we will ask for your address, phone number, credit card information (if applicable). Payson Road uses this information to collect payment for use of membership in accordance with guidelines by our credit card payment provider, Card Services International and Yahoo! Store. Payson Road may also require information if you volunteer for or are involved with an event - your name, phone number and email address. Any other information is not required for use of this website and most of its services.
Once you join Payson Road's membership program and sign in to its services, you are not anonymous to us.
Payson Road uses information for three general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for services, and to contact you about events or services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Payson Road will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Payson Road may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the service you have requested;
- We need to send the information to organizations who work on behalf of Payson Road to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
- We find that your actions on our web sites violate the Payson Road Terms of Services or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

Payson Road allows you to edit your membership information at any time by emailing, membership_changes at paysonroad-dot-com (please not this is written out for antispam purposes) including whether you want Payson Road to contact you about events or receiving our newsletter.
You may request deletion of your Payson Road membership information by emailing. membership_remove at paysonroad-dot-com (please not this is written out for antispam purposes) *Please note we can not refund membership fees once account is active.

Children's Privacy Policy - provides further information and privacy protections for our members who are under the age of 13.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Payson Road will not rent or sell children's personally identifiable information to anyone.
Payson Road will not contact children under 13 about participation in our services or events without parental consent.
Payson Road will not post personally identifiable information about a child on this website.

Information Collection and Use

Children under 18 must have parental consent to become a Payson Road member.

Children under the age of 13 wishing to become a member of Payson Road, must have a parent or guardian establish a Payson Road Family Membership in order to obtain parental consent - by emailing family_membership at paysonroad-dot-com (please not this is written out for antispam purposes)

When a member joins Payson Road we require name, email address, address and phone number and credit card information (if applicable).

Payson Road uses this information to create and maintain accounts, or for use of membership payment (in accordance with guidelines by our credit card payment provider, Card Services International and Yahoo! Store) or for development and research to customize the content seen on our pages.

Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, no web site operator can require, as a condition of participation in an activity, that a child under the age of 13 disclose more information than is reasonably necessary. Payson Road abides by this requirement.

Ability to Update or Delete Information

Children can update or delete information from their Payson Road membership via emailing, membership at paysonroad-dot-com. In addition, parents are allowed to review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's Payson Road membership account at any time.

If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use the child's information, that parent can send an email to membership_remove at paysonroad-dot-com to request deletion of their child's membership. *Please note we can not refund membership fees once account is active.
Please note that information about a child may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after a request for deletion of that child's membership. This may be the case even though no information about that membership remains in our active user databases.
